| General Casino Rules: |
- You hereby agree to have fully read and understood the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Only one active account is allowed per player, per family, per computer, per address and per credit card, unless by prior agreement by the Casino management. Winnings will only be paid to players having ONE account. If the player has more than one account, all winnings will be voided and the accounts closed.
- Baccarat, Craps, Roulette, Pontoon 21, Caribbean 21, War and SicBo do not qualify towards wagering requirements of any promotion. If at any time you play any of these games winnings will be voided and deposit will be returned.
- Bonuses for specific games cannot be used on any other game, not even after having met the wagering requirements. If money is used on a different game(s) then all winnings will be voided.
- In cases where a promotion or a free bonus, is open to be used on different games, the highest wagering requirement (based on the games that were used), will be applied in order to cash out.
- We welcome the customers from Denmark, Australia, Israel, Austria, Poland, China and Finland but Players from the mentioned countries will not longer be able to receive any bonuses in the Casino. From time to time this list may change. Cool Cat Casino will not be responsible for customers signing up or existing customers redeeming bonuses. Any winnings made from deposits with bonus will be forfeited and the deposit will be returned.
- Unless otherwise explicitly stated, bonuses cannot be combined.
- If you deposited with a credit card you will need to have an authorization form with the signed transaction sheet on file in order to request a cash out.
- Any amount exceeding the maximum cash out of a promotion will be removed from the account by management at payout approval.
- If you request a bonus or use a coupon while having a pending withdrawal or balance, all winnings will be forfeited, and your last deposit will be returned.
- If a customer uses a promo bonus that is not entitled to him/her, any winnings generated from that bonus will be forfeited and the original deposit will be returned.
- In cases when the account has a positive balance (any amount over $0), a cash out must be requested before a new deposit is entered. Any winnings made while the account had a positive balance will be forfeited and the deposit will be returned.
- Players are not entitled to accumulate slots bonus points (such as the Frozen Assets Snowflake Bonus and the Diamond Mine Deluxe Bonus) off of any type of casino promotional money/comps with the intention of hitting the previously acquired win with a deposit with no bonus or a no maximum cash out bonus. Such winnings will be considered null and void and will be removed from the player's account, and their deposit returned.
- Bonuses over 30% and fully cashable are only for players who have cashed out less than 75% of their total deposits.
